Role Description

The Finance, Accounting, & Tax (FAT) Staff role is a full-time, on-site (hybrid) position based in Malang.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, AP & AR
• Record transactions and prepare journal entries & account reconciliation
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting
• Prepare data and supporting documents for PPN & PPh
• Ensure accurate and compliant financial & tax administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of Accounting Cycle, AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, PPN & PPh
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF)
• Familiar with Accounting Software / ERP
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible
• Experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus
• Experience handling Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or Lazada is a plus
• Experience with payment gateway reconciliation is a plus
• Familiar with Coretax and/or Brevet A/B is a plus
