We are looking for a Finance, Accounting, & Tax Assistant Manager, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale, not just execute tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Treasury activities
- Manage the full set Of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), account reconciliations, and cash flow
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filing, tax payments, and compliance with applicable regulations
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to support intercompany transactions and activities
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties, including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial service providers, and local tax and government authorities, as required
- Support statutory reporting external audits, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and system implementation projects when required
- Perform other ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations
- Experience in GST filing, the Gross Margin Scheme (CMS), and CPF compliance is a plus
- Experience working with a Singapore company is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Sheets. Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
- Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Good command of written and spoken English
