Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Film Producer, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Film Producer will manage all aspects of the film production process, including pre-production planning, coordination of video production activities, supervision of on-set operations, and oversight of post-production processes. Responsibilities will include collaborating with directors, writers, and crew to ensure successful project execution while maintaining schedules and budgets. The role also involves managing resources, ensuring quality, and problem-solving throughout the production cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in Film Production and Video Production
• Strong expertise in Pre-production planning and coordination
• Knowledge of Video Post-Production processes and tools
• Experience with creating and managing Documentaries is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant formal education in Film, Visual Arts, or related disciplines is preferred
