About The Role

Enable accurate farmer data management, effective agronomic coaching, and compliant implementation of Agro Crop, STP, and ALP practices by applying strong agronomy, digital data, and farmer engagement skills.

Available location: Pamekasan, Madura

Key Tasks

  • Register farmers following company protocols and targets
  • Guide producers through individual visits or theoretical group meetings and/or practical/demonstrative, following the crop agronomic program, as well as guiding and encouraging practices environmentally related (ALP, STP implementation, TPI, agricultural pesticides, PPE, etc.)
  • Fill out all the documents required by the company for the registration and financing of the producers, and collect the necessary signatures
  • Attend the collection of debts of active and inactive producers according to the standards by the company
  • Watch over the maintenance and conservation of the company equipment under its responsibility as such but not limited to GMS Tablets
  • To survey production estimates, info on competition, climate and diverse, as well as follow the release of values of financing and curing units construction/reforming
  • Organize jointly with the Field Supervisor the needs of inputs in order to ensure product integrity and tobacco delivery following a company schedule
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, TPI, STP and ALP encouraging the dissemination and awareness
  • Understand the Code of Business Conduct of the company, show the commitment to conduct business so ethically and adhere to the Compliance regulation

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required

  • Fresh graduate is welcomed
  • Preferably with an Agronomy background and having a minimum of 1 years of experience in the tobacco culture in Indonesia
  • Foundational agronomy knowledge (preferably tobacco).
  • Competent in using digital tools or mobile applications for data entry.
  • Safe motorcycle riding abilities (licensed).
  • Basic English reading and simple communication.
  • Experience working with farmer communities, especially in tobacco-growing regions.
  • Prior field experience in agricultural compliance programs (ALP/STP).
