Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) role based in Morowali. The Field Supervisor will oversee daily field operations related to heavy equipment activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and company standards. This role includes coordinating equipment deployment, supervising operators and field teams, monitoring performance and utilization, and addressing operational issues as they arise. The Field Supervisor will communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking partners, to clarify requirements, report progress, and resolve technical or logistical concerns. The position also involves preparing concise field reports, supporting compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and assisting in continuous improvement of onsite procedures.
Qualifications

Strong field supervision experience in heavy equipment, construction, mining, or related industries, with a solid understanding of equipment operations and safety practices.
Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate clearly with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and team members.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate onsite teams, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to operational and safety standards.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk management, and incident reporting, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly to changing field conditions.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Comfort with basic reporting tools and documentation, including daily activity logs, equipment utilization records, and progress updates.
Willingness to work on-site in Morowali and adapt to project schedules and field conditions.
Relevant technical or vocational education in engineering, heavy equipment, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
