Responsible on callback activities of Otis products based on Otis callback procedures in order to reach customer's satisfaction.

Bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas call back produk-produk Otis berdasarkan prosedur call back Otis untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.

Duties and Responsibilities : Tugas dan Tanggung jawab:

To do callback activities of Otis products based on Otis Callback procedures.

Melakukan aktivitas call back produk-produk Otis berdasarkan prosedur call back Otis.

To replace Otis spareparts. Mengganti sparepart Otis.

To answer callback on office hour and overtime.

Menjawab call back pada saat jam kerja dan lembur.

To fill in report in detail on callback report book after doing callback of Otis products. Mengisi laporan call back secara detail setelah melakukan call back produk-produk Otis.

To fill in time ticket, service report, overtime report and other administration report correctly and punctually.

Mengisi time ticket, laporan service , laporan lembur dan laporan administrasi lainnya secara benar dan tepat pada waktunya.

To provide up to date inputs or reports to superior regarding important problems under his responsibility.

Memberikan input dan laporan terbaru kepada atasan tentang persoalan-persoalan penting yang berada di bawah tanggung jawabnya.

To make spareparts requisition with superior approval and if necessary he has to give back the damaged pan to his superior.

Membuat permintaan sparepart dengan persetujuan dari atasan dan jika diperlukan harus mengembalikan kembali sparepart yang sudah rusak kepada atasan.

To represent and to keep good image of PT. Citas Otis Elevator in relation with customer or go vernment.

Mewakili dan tetap memberikan citra yang baik dari PT Citas Otis Elevator dalam berhubungan dengan pelanggan atau pemerintah.

To use safety equpment provided by company and to follow the safety procedures in the job.

Menggunakan peralatan safety yang disediakan oleh perusahaan dan mengikuti prosedur safety di tempat kerja.

To keep and take good care working support equipment provided by company Menyimpan dan memelihara dengan baik semua alat-alat bantu pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan.

To do minor adjustment of Otis products based on Otis adjustment procedure. Melakukan penyesuaian kecil terhadap produk-produk Otis berdasarkan prosedur penyesuaian Otis.

To participate in the training program that instructed by the company.

Berpartisipasi dalam program pelatihan seperti yang diinstruksikan oleh perusahaan.

To participate in company's program that instructed by the superior.

Berpartisipasi dalam program-program yang diselenggarakan oleh perusahaan seperti yang diinstuksikan oleh atasan.

To do QVSafety's works which is instructed by superior.

Melakukan Ql/pekerjaan-pekerjaan safety seperti yang diinstruksikan oleh atasan.

Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally

Menyesuaikan diri terhadap banyaknya pekerjaan dan siap untuk bekerja di luar jam kerja bila sewaktu-waktu diperlukan.

Operate within the code ofethics established by the company which is also the Three Absolute Otis. Promptly report any doubtful situation to ECO/ B.P. O.

Melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kode etik perusahaan yang juga merupakan Three Absolute Otis. Segera melapor kepada ECO / B.P.O. perusahaan bila ada hal - hal / situasi yang meragukan.

Strictly and fully comply to all company policies and procedures.

Dengan sepenuhnya mematuhi semua kebijaksanaan dan prosedur perusahaan.
