Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Service Execution:
- Perform installation, maintenance (preventive/PMS and remedial), calibration, and troubleshooting for Olympus product.
- Conduct complex, system-level troubleshooting across electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT domains.
- Execute field actions, modifications, upgrades, and ensure full compliance with service quality standards.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Customer Relationship & Satisfaction:
- Interface daily with healthcare professionals, doctors, and Biomedical Engineers (BME) to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Handle, follow up, and resolve customer complaints via call, email, or on-site visits in a timely and effective manner.
- Organize value-added activities, training sessions, and technical support for key accounts and distributors.
- Focus on quality Management
Business Growth & Operations:
- Identify sales opportunities (service contracts, spare parts, upgrades, labor services) and collaborate with distributor, sales and marketing teams.
- Manage distributor support, conduct regular review meetings, and support distributor technical teams.
- Complete administrative tasks, service reports, commissioning reports, customer complaints record and Installation base record.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma 3 or Diploma 4 in Electromedical Engineering, biomedical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer handling medical equipment. Prior experience with endoscopy and laparoscopy equipment is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Languages: Intermediate to advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- Location & Mobility: Domiciled in Jabodetabek / willing to travel to customer sites across assigned regions
