Field Service Engineer

Job Description

The Field Service Engineer will be a key player in our team. This role involves hands-on work, the engineer will conduct thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and implement timely solutions. They will also collaborate with various teams to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting on Rig Equipment
• Fill in necessary job reports, document inspection results, ISO work instructions and checklists required for all work.
• Perform comprehensive electrical and control system diagnostics, identifying and resolving issues.
• Implement corrective measures and provide efficient solutions to ensure equipment reliability.
• Provide onsite technical support, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations during all field operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experiences
• Familiar with Electrical Regulations and Standards relevant to Oil Industry
• Prepared for deployment on short notice to travel and work on oil and gas drilling rigs
• Good written and verbal communications skill English and Bahasa
• Preference for candidates with work experience in Siemens, ABB controls and Amphion system
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), and proficient in using internet email services (Microsoft Outlook)
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
