Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on KSB pump and Valve.
Completing Preventive Maintenance and field modifications with coordination with Service Supervisor / Service Manager.
Ordering and manage repair parts, consumables parts cycle times, in coordinate with superior.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as Service Reports, Time Sheet, Maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Implement Health Safety and Environmental and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and potential Sales order.
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Conduct Training to Customer
Support workshop rental activities during working period on Workshop, in coordinate with Workshop Supervisor or Service Manager.
Maintain Positive and Healthy relationship with various team (Order Processing, Field Service Teams, Sales, Workshop, Mechanic Support and Others)
To perform the tasks and responsibilities as given from superior's time to time
Qualifications
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Having a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in related functions
Good communication skills, analysis, and reporting
A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, motivated and willingness to learn
Having pump technical know-how
Fluent in English both oral and written
Willing to travel all around Indonesia
Work placement based in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur
