Build and manage a territory prospect list across priority industries such as manufacturing, craftsmanship, services, retail, and other businesses with suitable real-world work activities.
Conduct daily outbound activity through in-person visits, cold calls, email, referrals, and other approved channels to introduce the company and generate qualified meetings.
Deliver concise, credible explanations and demonstrations of company's mission, recording process, equipment, participation requirements, and partner benefits.
Qualify prospective sites against agreed criteria, including relevant tasks, worker availability, operating environment, safety or access considerations, and readiness to participate.
Present approved trial and renewal offers, address common objections, negotiate within commercial guidelines, and secure completed partnership agreements.
Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead, visit, conversation, qualification decision, next step, agreement, and account status in the assigned territory.
Coordinate with Sales Support and Operations on device drop-offs, site readiness, launch dates, participant communication, and other onboarding requirements.
Report weekly progress against outreach, meetings, qualified sites, signed partners, and active recording-site targets; escalate blockers and provide timely updates on priority accounts to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in sales development, field sales, business development, community outreach, partnerships, or another customer-facing role.
Demonstrated experience prospecting and selling to small and medium-sized businesses, preferably through a combination of scheduled outreach, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
Track record of meeting activity, appointment, conversion, revenue, partnership, or other measurable commercial targets.
Experience maintaining lead, opportunity, contact, and activity records in a CRM or structured sales-tracking system.
