Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Content Localization (100% Ownership)
- Own and deliver 100% localization of priority content including websites, decks, collaterals, case studies, playbooks, and EDMs for Indonesia.
- Establish and manage localization SLAs to reduce turnaround time while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Secure local stakeholder approval and track usage of localized assets through enablement and analytics tools.
2. Go-To-Market Activities
- Plan and execute integrated GTM campaigns each quarter aligned to sales priorities and vertical strategies.
- Deliver a minimum of two field events per quarter, managing pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Guarantee on-time delivery of GTM assets such as sales kits, landing pages, and playbooks.
- Quarterly pitchdecks and battlecards by vertical and competitor.
- Drive joint marketing initiatives with partners and channels, including co-funded campaigns and enablement sessions.
3. Pipeline & Lead Management
- Own lead sourcing, scoring, routing, and reporting in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Achieve greater than 50% adoption of the lead management process across sales and partner stakeholders.
- Monitor lead progression dashboards to ensure visibility, SLA compliance, and timely follow-ups.
4. Market Intelligence
- Produce one competitive market intelligence report per quarter covering CSP trends, pricing deployments, and key competitors.
- Maintain over 90% data accuracy through cross-verification and stakeholder review.
Qualification and Experience:
- 610+ years of field or demand marketing experience in B2B technology, infrastructure, data center, cloud, or telecom sectors.
- Proven execution of ABM, field events, and partner marketing programs tied to pipeline outcomes.
- Strong operational knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong executive communication skills.
