As a
Field Fraud Investigator, you will conduct field investigations to verify suspected fraud cases, gather evidence, and support the Bank's fraud prevention initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct investigations in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Investigate fraud cases escalated to the Anti-Fraud team (ABADI & Tunaiku) or cases categorized as fraud signals, as assigned by the Anti-Fraud Investigator Supervisor/Team Leader
- Maintain productivity and quality targets for field investigations while gathering and reporting valuable findings during site visits
- Prepare clear investigation reports and maintain the Fraud Case Tracker as part of daily activities
- Collect, validate, and maintain supporting evidence throughout the investigation process while ensuring data confidentiality
- Review suspicious transactions based on fraud alerts and perform customer confirmation when required
- Conduct field visits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Ensure all investigation documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company policies
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in anti-fraud, investigation, or internal audit within the financial services industry
- Good understanding of digital products and application processes in Financial Services Institutions
- Strong analytical, technical, and computer skills
- High integrity, strong ethical standards, and a willingness to learn
