You will handle and responsible to:
- Manage daily operations, reporting and system in all Field Collection team to ensure every activity is running properly and all reporting is delivered within SLA,
- Propose new ideas to Head of Field Collection to improve business process in field area,
- Monitor and review team's performance and create strategy to ensure field collection team meet their target,
- Set up Asst.Manager KPIâs and ensure the KPI is align with business and department requirements/targets,
- Propose Capacity Plan of Team Leader and FC to ensure portfolio are handled effectively,
- Monitor Collection team to ensure all the process in field team is comply with guidelines and SOP,
- Work with training team to develop team member knowledge and skill as one of the strategies to improve team member performance,
- Control the process to ensure Collection Incentives are fair, and prepared and submitted on time,
- Plan midterm/long term headcount requirements and budget of field to ensure the headcount is accordance with budget,
- Work with legal team to control legal recovery processes.
We are looking for Talents with:
- Minimum a bachelorâs degree, open from any major
- Having extensive working experience in Area Collection for more 10 years, specifically outer Jawa
- Have experience handle a big team ( 100)
- Strong in managing people and business process
- Comfortable with high target oriented and agile environment
- Able to communicate in English will be an advantage
- Work based in Jakarta but wiling for high travelling to other area in Indonesia
