Field / Area Coordinator Officer

PT TASTI Anugerah Mandiri (member of Astra Group) is a trading company specializing in the distribution of Toyota Genuine Parts across Indonesia.

We are looking for an Area Coordinator Officer who is analytical, business-minded, and capable of coordinating cross-functional initiatives to support branch performance and business growth.

Placement: WFO - Sunter, North Jakarta

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university (Engineering or other relevant STEM fields are preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience or exposure in the automotive industry, sales, marketing, or business operations will be a plus
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Interest or experience in market analysis, business strategy, or marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong ability to organize priorities and work effectively across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Proactive, accountable, and adaptable, with strong integrity and a growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Drive business and operational performance across assigned branches by monitoring market potential, sales performance, and business opportunities
• Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable initiatives, including branch Kaizen and customer value-added services
• Develop and execute marketing, channel, and customer expansion strategies aligned with market opportunities and business objectives
• Lead cross-functional coordination across customer management, corrective actions, SOP implementation, audits, marketing activities, and company events
