Job Description

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic interface between Finance and IT to align SAP FICO solutions with business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze business requirements, financial processes, and system gaps to design and implement effective SAP FICO solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into system solutions, including process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advisory to stakeholders on finance systems, technology risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration and compliance.
  • Ensure system compatibility with company architecture, operational standards, and financial controls.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Oversee system deployment, testing, and post-implementation support to maximize business impact.
  • Communicate project progress, priorities, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure strong delivery capability and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented, and high-performance team culture.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in SAP FICO / Finance Systems, with proven exposure to project-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry (FICO) is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with end-to-end system implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
  • Preferred candidate is typically in their early mid 30s (aligned with seniority and team leadership expectations).
