FAT Manager — Kapit Mas Trading | Bali, Indonesia (On-site)
About the Role
Kapit Mas Trading (KMT) is looking for an experienced FAT Manager to independently manage the Finance, Accounting & Tax function of the company.
This role is responsible for managing KMT accounting and bookkeeping separately from KMM, ensuring corporate tax compliance, handling intercompany and related-party transactions, supporting Transfer Pricing requirements, and preparing accurate financial reporting. The FAT Manager will also coordinate with DJP/KPP, external tax consultants, and the KMM FAT team to ensure financial and tax activities are properly managed and compliant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain complete bookkeeping for Kapit Mas Trading separately from KMM.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and intercompany transactions between KMT and KMM.
- Handle Indonesian corporate tax obligations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPN, and monthly and annual corporate tax reporting.
- Manage e-Faktur processes and perform fiscal reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
- Manage Transfer Pricing and related-party transactions between KMT and KMM, including supporting documentation as required.
- Support the preparation and management of Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File and Master File when applicable.
- Handle communication and correspondence with DJP/KPP related to company taxation matters.
- Support the handling of tax audits, examinations, or tax disputes when required.
- Calculate and administer applicable sales commissions.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and the KMM FAT team on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate financial and tax documentation and ensure reporting is completed according to applicable deadlines.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field; Master's Degree (S2) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate taxation and accounting; 7+ years of experience is preferred.
- Brevet C certification, or Brevet B with a minimum of 3 years of corporate tax experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Indonesian corporate taxation, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPN, monthly and annual corporate tax reporting, e-Faktur, and fiscal reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and intercompany transactions.
- Experience handling Transfer Pricing and related-party transactions.
- Experience preparing Transfer Pricing documentation such as Local File and Master File is preferred.
- Experience handling DJP audits, tax examinations, or tax disputes is an advantage.
- Experience with multi-company or intercompany accounting is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Odoo or other accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, or tax consulting environments is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate in handling financial and tax documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage the Finance & Tax function without a dedicated team during the initial stage.
- Disciplined in meeting financial reporting and taxation deadlines.
