- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented

- Monitor sales flow, product availability, and stock to ensure smooth customer
transactions.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed in line with brand
standards and seasonal trends.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product launches, and brand stories to deliver
knowledgeable recommendations.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to continuously improve
service and product offerings.

in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and luxury brand products.
- Background in hospitality or luxury customer service is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with digital tools for client engagement (e.g., WhatsApp, email, social media,
online chat).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages
are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
