WE'RE HIRING — FASHION DESIGNER

FAME is a women's wear brand creating timeless, smart casual pieces that balance style, comfort, and affordability. We're looking for a Fashion Designer with a contemporary eye and a practical understanding of how women dress every day.

What you'll do

• Develop collection concepts, moodboards, and colour palettes.
• Design wearable pieces aligned with FAME's identity.
• Create technical drawings and clear garment specifications.
• Select fabrics, colours, trims, and garment details.
• Work with the production team on sampling, fittings, and revisions.
• Research trends and translate them into relevant, commercially appealing designs.

What we're looking for

• A portfolio showing a strong eye for womenswear, proportion, and detail.
• Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fit.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
• Creativity balanced with attention to quality, cost, and everyday wearability.
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
• A background in fashion design or relevant industry experience.
