Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Fashion Content Operations Specialist (Calo Data) to be the operational backbone of a high-velocity content pipeline, managing everything from product sourcing to asset organization across multiple platforms. In this role, you will handle data collection, product research, file management, and workflow coordination using both internal AI tools and third-party software. You will work directly with the founder to build and refine processes that don't yet exist, making this ideal for someone who thrives on repetition, precision, and volume in a structured yet fast-moving environment.

Client Overview

Our client is a new AI-driven content production agency specializing in TikTok Shop affiliate marketing. They focus on high-volume fashion content creation and are rapidly expanding into additional verticals. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a fast-growing digital agency building innovative tools and workflows.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT/BST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Source fashion products using Calo Data and other product research platforms to identify content opportunities.
• Extract and organize product images using internal AI-powered tools and save them to Google Drive with proper naming conventions.
• Maintain detailed product logs in Google Sheets tracking all sourced items and their attributes.
• Utilize in-house AI tools to analyze product features, benefits, and characteristics for content planning.
• Evaluate product quality and visual appeal to determine content suitability.
• Organize and name folders systematically across Google Drive to maintain pipeline efficiency.
• Conduct content research to support ongoing campaign development.
• Adapt quickly to new internal software tools as the team builds additional automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative, operations, or data management roles.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Drive organization.
• Comfortable working with high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools quickly, including proprietary platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail in file naming, folder structure, and data logging.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Background in marketing or social media is a plus.
• Tech-savvy mindset and comfort experimenting with AI tools.
• Experience with product research or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with fashion or content production workflows.
