Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of events, high-level meetings, and activities within BINUS University and the Rector's Office
  • Manage administrative, clerical, and operational tasks for Deans, Heads of Departments, and Heads of Programs
  • Handle budget requests, usage reporting, and maintain accurate documentation for operational activities
  • Foster effective internal collaboration and ensure high-quality service delivery to all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major (preferably Secretary, Administration, Management, or related fields)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in Education industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
