Factory Manager Garment Manufacturing
Location: Pekalongan, Central Java (Onsite)
Our client, a growing garment manufacturing company in Central Java, is currently seeking a Factory Manager to lead and develop their production operations. The factory is located in Pekalongan, a key hub for garment and batik production in Indonesia.
This role will be responsible for overseeing factory operations, strengthening production systems, and improving efficiency while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and productivity goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall garment factory operations including production, workforce, and operational planning
Develop and implement efficient production systems to improve productivity and cost efficiency
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved
Optimize factory performance through process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Manage and develop production teams while strengthening factory operational discipline
Implement and utilize automation machinery in garment manufacturing to improve output and consistency
Qualifications
Requirements
Proven experience leading garment manufacturing factory operations
Experience building or scaling a garment factory from small to larger production capacity
Hands-on experience with garment automation machines and modern production systems
Experience working with CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) production system
Preferably has experience in batik garment production
Strong track record in improving production efficiency and factory productivity
Strong leadership capability in managing factory teams
