Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations in Boyolali, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet output targets, optimize efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Manage and supervise all factory personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, quality control procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and sales departments.
- Prepare and manage the factory budget, controlling expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders as required.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology) or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in factory management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations, teams, and budgets.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be based in Boyolali.
