Factory IT Business Analyst (BA)

Core Job Responsibilities

1. Business Research and Pain Point Identification: Go deep into the factory's production workshops and warehouse frontlines, fully familiarize yourself with the entire warehouse process of receiving, storing, issuing, counting, and managing (including purchase warehousing, production material picking, production material returning, sales outbound, inventory counting, etc.) and the entire production process (production order maintenance, bill of materials management, production reporting, production warehousing, etc.). Sort out the existing business processes, job responsibilities and collaboration models, accurately identify business pain points, bottlenecks and optimization spaces, and form a business research and analysis report.

2. Requirements Analysis and Document Conversion: Combine the results of business research, collaborate efficiently with business departments such as production, warehousing and purchasing, collect, sort out and analyze business requirements. Convert complex business scenarios and operation processes into clear, standardized and implementable IT requirement documents, including but not limited to Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), flow charts, use case diagrams, etc. Ensure that the requirement description is accurate, the logic is clear, it is consistent with the actual business scenario of the factory, and bridge the cognitive gap between the IT development team and the business departments.

3. Project Implementation and Requirement Control: Participate in the entire process of requirement review, solution design, test verification and launch promotion of factory IT systems (such as MES, WMS, ERP production/warehousing modules, etc.), follow up the progress of requirement implementation throughout the process, coordinate and solve the connection problems between business and IT during the project implementation, ensure that the system functions meet the business requirements, and improve business operation efficiency.

4. Process Optimization and System Iteration: Continuously track the operation effect of production and warehousing business processes and IT systems, put forward requirement optimization suggestions based on business changes (such as capacity improvement, p

(I) Hard Requirements

1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer-related fields (Computer Science and Technology, Information Management and Information System, etc.), Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management and other related majors are preferred.

2. Work Experience: More than 3 years of relevant work experience as a factory IT Business Analyst (BA), must have business analysis experience related to factory warehouse management and production processes, be familiar with the entire process of factory production execution and warehouse management, and be able to independently complete business research, requirement analysis and requirement document writing.

3. Core Competencies: Possess strong requirement conversion ability, able to convert complex factory business scenarios (such as warehouse batch management, production material kitting analysis, inventory traceability, etc.) into standardized and implementable IT requirement documents; have clear logical thinking and problem analysis ability, able to quickly locate business pain points and put forward reasonable optimization solutions.

4. Successful Cases: At least 1 successful factory IT project case must be provided (which must include warehouse or production-related scenarios), clearly explaining the business analysis responsibilities undertaken in the project, the requirement conversion process and the project implementation results (such as quantifiable indicators such as process optimization efficiency, inventory accuracy improvement, energy consumption reduction, etc.), and the case must be true and traceable.
