Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead overall factory operations in Indonesia, overseeing Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering & Utilities, and EHS.

2. Take full accountability for annual operating targets, production plans, and plant performance.

3. Manage manufacturing operations for core product lines including flavor syrups, powdered beverages, and flavors (experience in one or more categories is acceptable).

4. Ensure stable production, consistent quality, and on-time delivery.

5. Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, capacity, and cost competitiveness.

6. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, sourcing, warehousing, and logistics.

7. Establish and maintain strong quality and food safety systems in compliance with local regulations.

8. Ensure stable operation of engineering, utilities, equipment, and facilities.

9. Lead EHS implementation to ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable factory operations.

10. Manage overall factory operating costs and promote lean manufacturing initiatives.

11. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing factory management team and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, able to work in a cross-cultural manufacturing environment.

2. Minimum 8 years in food manufacturing, with 3+ years in a senior factory leadership role; experience in flavors, syrups, or powdered beverages preferred.

3. Strong understanding of end-to-end food manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, quality, planning, and cost control.

4. Proven ability to lead cross-functional factory teams and manage complex manufacturing operations.

5. Familiar with Indonesian food manufacturing regulations and compliance requirements.
