Responsibilities
- Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures
- Supervise all facility staff (cleaners, technicians, gardeners, etc.) and external contractors
- Manage activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.
- Allocate office space according to operational needs
- Plan and manage all maintenance and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure buildings comply with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain financial and non-financial records
- Perform analysis and forecasting
Job Competency Requirements
- Ability to plan energy requirements and factory support systems
- Ability to prepare work plans and budget estimates
- Proficient in at least two software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or similar
- Possess a Certified Intermediate Construction Operational Supervisor (minimum POP with 5 years validity/experience)
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management (TQM)
Education
- Bachelors Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in factory construction supervision and infrastructure development, including building/factory construction projects)
- Ability to perform troubleshooting in electrical, civil, and facility systems
- Experienced in monitoring building maintenance and repair, including installations
