About Jangjo

Jangjo is a licensed waste management company in Jakarta. Since 2019, we've collected and processed waste for residential communities and commercial clients, including major malls, handling around 40–50 tonnes a day. Jakarta's waste system is changing fast, and we're growing to keep up with it.

The role

Full-time, on-site in Jakarta. You'll run our facility day to day: keeping operations moving, the team safe, and the site compliant with environmental and safety regulations. You'll lead the facility team, manage maintenance, handle vendors and procurement, track costs and performance, and work with management to plan for growth.

What we're looking for

• Experience managing facility or site operations, ideally in waste management, manufacturing, or logistics
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental (K3/EHS) standards
• Able to lead a field team and stay close to the work on the ground
• Comfortable with budgets, vendor negotiation, and using data to make decisions
• Calm under pressure and willing to solve problems that don't have a playbook
• Degree in engineering, environmental management, or related field preferred
