- Ensure the smooth operation of all SPX Express office and warehouse spaces, promptly addressing any arising issues
- Organize preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and supervise facility renovations while maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities
- Conduct thorough inspections across multiple SPX Express facilities to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for enhancement
- Source, assess, and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Obtain quotes and ensure timely, budget-friendly, and precise project completion
- Oversee access control systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm systems to guarantee premises safety and security
- Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans to effectively address potential crises
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited university
- 2 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field within a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in problem-solving with a high sense of accountability
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to be mobile and visit various SPX Express premises as needed
