Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, including main panels, MCBs, cabling, lighting, and grounding systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues such as power outages, short circuits, load imbalances, and faulty electrical components while complying with safety standards.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems, including air conditioner operation, airflow, and temperature performance.
Civil Maintenance
Carry out light to medium building repairs, including painting, gypsum ceiling repairs, door hardware and lock maintenance, floor tile replacement, and office partition repairs.
Facility Administration
Monitor and record monthly electricity and water consumption.
Manage the inventory of technical tools and spare parts, including lamps, cables, circuit breakers, pipes, paint, and maintenance toolkits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in technical support, facilities, or building maintenance.
Certified in Electrical Safety and/or K3 (Occupational Health & Safety).
Able to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and As-Built Drawings.
Proficient in using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Contract-based position & full WFO in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
