Position : Facility Management Executive

Company Background : Water Testing Instruments

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to 1730)

Working Duration: 5 months contract with PERSOLKELLY


  • Any degree holder
  • Minimum two years working experience in facility management
  • Office shifting experience is added advantage
  • Good English communication skills
  • Able to start in short notice
  • Malaysian citizen


  • This role will join a project team for our office shift that is due by the end of this year.
  • Appoint a vendor for interior design for new office and work closely with them to set up the new office within the budgeted cost and timelines.
  • Present to management the progress of the project and escalate issues which need management intervention.
  • Purchase equipment for the new office.
  • Work with marketing team to ensure that the new office is top notch and meeting veralto standards.
  • Oversee the refurbishment project of the current office once vacated.
  • Need to have a valid driving license and comfortable to drive around.
