Arbeit Group is currently seeking an experienced Facility Head to lead the overall operations of a large-scale manufacturing facility in Indonesia.

This is a senior leadership position for professionals with strong experience in Edible Oils, Solvent Extraction, Chemical Processing, or Manufacturing Operations, capable of managing plant performance, operational excellence, safety, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall plant operations, including Production, Engineering, Procurement, Laboratory, HR, Industrial Relations, and Stores
• Ensure production, operational, and financial targets are achieved
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost optimization initiatives
• Manage plant budgets, production planning, and resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and manufacturing regulations
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational problem-solving activities
• Build, coach, mentor, and develop plant leadership teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships with authorities, suppliers, customers, and industry partners
• Drive strategic initiatives to support long-term business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Oil Technology
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership
• Strong experience in:
• Solvent Extraction Industry
• Edible Oils Industry
• Chemical Manufacturing Industry
• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams
• Strong operational, technical, and commercial understanding
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong background in production management, continuous improvement, and plant performance optimization
