Facility and Civil Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Facility & Civil Manager to oversee our operations in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. As the steward of our facility, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of safety, reliability, and productivity and ensuring smooth operations and adherence to industry-leading standards.

Job Description:

• To ensure smooth functioning of site Building Maintenance & Construction Activities, Camp and other facilities administration
• Preparation of annual budget for building maintenance and new construction.
• Verification of BOQ, Quantity survey, Quality plan and invoices submitted by vendors
• To Ensure internal controls and continuous improvements & development.

Job Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of Design, planning and construction of Facilities and Factories
• Facility Management Activities Handling and Administrative.
• Proven experience as Facility and Civil Manager or another relevant role
• Systems and Internal Control Procedures
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Commercial awareness with strategic mindset.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to Project Management Skill.
• Training and certifications: Drawings and Design software like AutoCAD, Staad Pro, ERP Exposure like SAP.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
• Willing to work in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi.
