About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Lead to oversee and manage facilities operations across multiple hospitals within a designated region. This role is responsible for ensuring all hospital facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and well-maintained to support excellent patient care and operational performance.

The Facilities Lead will work closely with hospital management, engineering teams, and external vendors to deliver consistent facilities standards across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise facilities operations across multiple hospitals within the assigned region.
  • Ensure building, utilities, medical gas, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure systems operate safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and facilities SOPs.
  • Monitor compliance with hospital accreditation standards, safety regulations, and government requirements.
  • Manage facilities budgets, cost control, and vendor contracts at the regional level.
  • Coordinate renovation, refurbishment, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
  • Act as escalation point for major facilities issues, incidents, or emergencies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop hospital facilities teams to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and corporate teams to support hospital performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on facilities performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum710 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in hospitals, healthcare, or large-scale operations.
  • Strong understanding of hospital facilities systems, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • Proven experience managing multiple sites or regional coverage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good budgeting, vendor management, and project management capabilities.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned region.
