About The Role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You'll Do
- Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
- Assist in the daily operational management of the office and building facilities.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendor for repairs, preventive maintenance, and service requests for facility related jobs
- Perform routine inspection of safety equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid kit, spill kit)
- Manage pantry, beverage and office supplies inventory stock
- Support to update ticket systems and work order systems
- Manage procurement of office supplies, beverage supplies, security equipment, and facility-related materials.
- Manage facility-related documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and service logs
- Support implementation of workplace health and safety procedures
- Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need
- Diploma or bachelor's degree minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
- Data center or manufacturing environment highly desirable
- Advance communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Latest update OS for mobile phone to support day to day activities
