Selection Process:

• Round 1: 1-hour coding test at the Bengaluru office.
• Candidates clearing the coding test will proceed to the next interview round.

Key Skills Required

• Strong Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate knowledge.
• Hands-on React.js development, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Git, Maven, debugging and performance optimization.
• Full-stack application design, code reviews and technical leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical lead role preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack application design and development.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, performance and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and follow engineering best practices.
