Facade Cleaner

Job Description Summary

Carry out cleaning and repair work in designated work areas, with a focus on building facades and other high areas at heights of approximately 30 to 50 meters.

Job Description:

• Perform cleaning and repair of building facades and other high areas according to the designated work area.

• Clean glass surfaces, exterior walls, panels, and other facade elements.

• Remove dust, dirt, moss, stains, and other contaminants from building surfaces.

• Operate work-at-height equipment (scaffolding, rope access systems, or other supporting equipment) in accordance with procedures.

• Ensure cleaning materials are used according to standards and do not damage facade materials.

• Maintain and ensure safety while working at heights.

• Inspect equipment condition before and after use.

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completing tasks.

• Report facade damage or any abnormal conditions to the supervisor.

• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) procedures.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SMA / Diploma 3 in any field

• Candidates have experience in working as a Building Facade Cleaner

• Possess an active SIO TKPK 1 and/or SIO TKPK 2

• Placement in Sentul, Bogor
