Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, orrelated field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Data Engineer/BI Developer using tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar
- Must have experience using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- SQL (Advanced): query kompleks, CTE, window function, optimization, Microsoft Fabric
- Data Warehouse: konsep ETL/ELT, schema Star / Snowflake, data modeling.
- BI Tools: Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Metabase (minimal salah satu).
- ETL Tools: SSIS, Talend, Pentaho, Airflow, dbt, atau custom ETL (Python).
- Data Visualization: dashboard, KPI, metric, storytelling dengan data.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Collect, process, and transform data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, ERP/CRM systems)
- Design, build, and maintain data warehouse and data mart structures (Star / Snowflake schema)
- Develop and manage ETL / ELT pipelines to ensure data accuracy and availability
- Define and monitor KPIs and business metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes
