About the Role

As F&B Strategy Manager for Offline Merchant Services, you will primarily manage and own the performance of our merchants in F&B category across our main product and service offerings to merchants, including GoPay merchant solutions and Moka. You will own and drive all strategy initiatives related to acquisition, retention, support - across the entire merchant lifecycle. If you are successful at your role, key business metrics of F&B merchants will grow a testament to their satisfaction of products and services offered by GTF.

What You Will Do

    • Develop, own and execute overall strategy related to F&B merchants in GTF
    • Run initiatives to improve sales efficiency, achieve increasing acquisition targets in Moka and GoPay
    • Identify key blockers and issue to team performances, and resolve them in a timely manner
    • Run regular meetings with key stakeholders across GoTo organization as well as external parties as part of your overall strategy

What You Will Need

    • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, GTM related roles tech background would be a plus
    • business acumen and stakeholder management skills

    • Develop intimate knowledge on needs and problem statements of merchants who sell offline, with focus on F&B merchants
