Summary

  • Support the F&B Director in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities from corporate, social, and leisure segments.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, event organizers, and key business partners.
  • Promote the hotel's restaurants, bars, and special events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted professionally and in line with the hotel's brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B Sales, Hotel Sales, Catering Sales, or a related position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel F&B operations, events, and catering business.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different hotel departments.
  • Good knowledge of the Jakarta market and established business networks will be an advantage.
