F&B Runner

The F&B Runner supports restaurant and bar operations by promptly delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. This role assists servers and bartenders with table preparation, clearing and resetting tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. The F&B Runner helps coordinate orders, communicates effectively with kitchen and service teams, and responds to guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and a commitment to creating a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.

• Ability to carry and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently, with strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Customer service mindset, with a friendly, professional attitude and the ability to respond to guest requests calmly and promptly.
• Basic understanding of restaurant and bar operations, including table settings, order flow, and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to follow operational procedures, food safety, and workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
• Conversational proficiency in English and Indonesian is beneficial for communicating with guests and team members.
