Food and Beverage Server with a strong background and experience in food and beverage server especially in Pool Bar, strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.
Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing guests with all services and assistance connected with their dining experience.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
- Proven experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel.
- Strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent knowledge of menu items and beverage presentation standards.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized attention.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
