As F&B Waiter/ess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience through professional, courteous, and efficient service.
Qualifications
This position is only for Indonesian.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxurious hotel environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening skills.
