Job Description

What you will do:

As an F&B Leader at Bobobox, you will be responsible for leading the daily kitchen and beverage operations, ensuring food and drink quality, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experiences. This role serves as a critical link between the Bobodeli branch operations and headquarters, ensuring consistent execution in line with Bobobox's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership

Supervise and guide kitchen and barista teams.

Manage daily briefings, shift planning, and team performance.

Build a positive and accountable work culture.

  • Training & Development Provide on-the-job training for cooks and baristas. Ensure team members follow SOPs and safety standards.
  • Daily Operations Oversee food and beverage preparation to ensure quality and consistency. Manage inventory, ordering, and minimize waste through proper stock handling. Maintain cleanliness and food safety in all areas.
  • Quality & Compliance Ensure hygiene practices follow HACCP or equivalent standards. Monitor and improve kitchen and bar processes.
  • Guest Experience & Coordination Work with host teams to deliver a smooth F&B service for guests. Act as the communication link between branch and F&B headquarters.
  • Reporting & Cost Control Track inventory and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly usage. Help reduce costs and improve efficiency.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a commercial kitchen, including at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience managing kitchen and barista teams (baristas and kitchen).
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques, beverage preparation, and guest service standards.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance practices (HACCP certification preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
