Job Description

Organization- Keraton at The Plaza

Summary

Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
Ensures that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.
Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
Assist to liaise with the Kitchen Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
Implement food safety programs and procedures.
Always practice safety in handling food.
Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage business.

Qualifications

Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field
Has minimum 1 (one) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel chain
Previous experience as an F&B Host or F&B Waiter, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end setting
A self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality, a passion for guest service, and excellent communication skill
