Paragon's external relationships are built on trust. In this role, you will shape how Indonesia's largest domestic cosmetics company engages with government, regulators, partners, and communities — turning strategic relationships into real outcomes for the business and the people it serves.
What You Will Do:
- Map and cultivate strategic partnerships with government ministries, BUMN, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and community stakeholders at both national and local levels
- Monitor the regulatory and policy landscape, delivering timely executive-level analysis, position papers, and early-warning briefs on emerging risks and opportunities
- Develop and manage formal partnership agreements (MoU/MoA-level) that create genuine, measurable value — not just ceremonial commitments
- Lead policy dialogues, FGDs, and regulatory engagement forums that advance Paragon's business sustainability and public positioning
- Maintain trusted relationships with local government and community stakeholders around Paragon's operating areas, protecting the company's social license to operate
- Prepare executive engagement materials: stakeholder briefs, talking points, partnership impact reports, and regulatory summaries
What We're Looking For:
- 3–7 years in government relations, public policy, strategic partnerships, community affairs, or corporate affairs
- Existing network within Indonesian government, BUMN ecosystem, regulatory bodies, or local government structures
- Strong analytical and writing skills — able to produce clear, executive-quality briefs on complex regulatory and stakeholder matters
- Experience negotiating and implementing formal partnership frameworks; MoU/MoA experience is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficient in English, written and spoken; professional and discreet at executive level
- Background in FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer industries advantageous; advanced degree in Law, Public Policy, or Economics preferred for policy-focused candidates
