As a Partnership / Headhunting Speaker, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing speakers or strategic partners within the business sector. This role involves a proactive approach to partnership building, including extensive canvassing and market research to establish strong networks. Job Description:

  • Conduct outreach and canvassing to identify potential speakers or partners within the business field.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through research and networking.
  • Initiate contact with potential partners, introduce our organization, and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss partnership terms and mutual benefits.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, partner information, and partnership terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective planning and execution of partnership activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging experts within the business sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 1-2 years experience in partnership building, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong networking skills, with a knack for identifying and engaging potential partners.
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
  • Familiarity with the business industry and understanding of relevant topics.
  • Comfortable with canvassing and cold outreach techniques.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partnerships.
  • Willing to work from office (WFO) at Yogyakarta
