- Manage and continuously improve public relations and corporate communications programs aligned with the corporate vision and business objectives.
- Monitor relevant legislative and policy developments, collaborating with the Public Affairs team to analyze and mitigate potential business impacts.
- Oversee the execution and strategic alignment of comprehensive PR and media campaigns for Shopee Indonesia.
- Proactively conceptualize and pitch compelling narratives, creating multi-format content that effectively promotes Shopee across various channels.
- Coordinate corporate events, stakeholder engagements, and initiatives designed to support company-wide government relations goals.
- Maintain and scale robust media and influencer advocacy programs to build high-value relationships and drive positive brand sentiments.
- De-risk and manage complex issues and crises, establishing robust pre-emptive and reactive communication strategies.
- Own cross-functional relationships with key business leaders and management, advising on stakeholder engagement and corporate profiling.
- Evaluate performance metrics and PR output, translating data-driven insights into actionable future planning strategies.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid professional working experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations
- Proven track record of identifying high-impact risks and executing effective mitigation and crisis management plans
- Strong capability in managing end-to-end communication plans, media campaigns, and corporate events
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the capability to act as an official company spokesperson
- Strong problem-solving skills and project management capabilities in handling multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, build consensus, and align diverse cross-functional teams
