The Opportunity
Thiess is seeking experienced and motivated Supervisor Civil to join our high-performing team at our future project in East Kalimantan
As Supervisor Civil, you will:
- Ensure that all civil works in accordance with project specifications; project drawings/designs;
- Plan, supervise, construct & deliver product which meet required standards, on time, on budget and comply with Thiess Management system.
- Directly in-charge in the field inspection activities of civil works and its coordination to client and TCI group
- Lead, demonstrate and educate the employees to embrace a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure safe working conditions are maintained onsite, all personnel adequately trained in their duties and are aware of safety requirement
- Minimum Senior High School or University Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in repair, maintain, and building construction
- Has Manual Handling Competency; Working at Height Competency; Has KIMPAK licence (electric power tools); AK3 Construction; Scaffolding competency (advance); Confined Space; Working Near Water; POP Mining Competency proactive; communicative; responsible & adaptable.
