JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage the end-to-end export sales process.
2. Drive and expand export sales by identifying potential customers and traders.
3. Conduct market research and market segmentation to support market development and expansion, particularly in export markets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Maintain effective internal communication with Production, PPIC, QA & PD, Finance, and Logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
7. Participate in international sales and marketing activities, such as exhibitions, business matching, and customer visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in Export Sales or International Sales & Marketing.
3. Strong written and verbal English skills; proficiency in other foreign languages (e.g., Japanese) is an advantage.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills, with a proactive attitude.
6. Strong customer orientation, combined with a target-driven mindset.
7. Willing to travel overseas.
