Export Import (EXIM) Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all export, import, customs, and Bonded Zone operations to ensure full compliance with regulations and smooth business activities.
• Oversee customs documentation processes, including import/export declarations, bonded zone transactions, customs permits, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations, Bonded Zone requirements, inventory controls, material traceability, and mandatory government reporting obligations.
• Manage and monitor customs-related systems and government platforms such as CEISA, INSW, SIINAS, and other relevant applications.
• Control inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and material tracking within Bonded Zone facilities to ensure operational accuracy.
• Lead customs audits, government inspections, compliance reviews, and corrective action initiatives.
• Develop and enhance EXIM procedures, work instructions, and internal control systems to improve operational efficiency and compliance standards.
• Manage, coach, and develop the EXIM team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Import, Customs, Logistics, or Bonded Zone operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial-level position.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations, international trade compliance, and Bonded Zone operations.
• Hands-on experience handling customs documentation and administration, including BC 2.3, BC 2.5, BC 2.6.1, BC 2.7, BC 4.0 / BC 4.1, PIB, PEB, customs permits, and mandatory customs reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with customs and government systems such as CEISA, INSW, SIINAS, and other related platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
