PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We are looking for an Export Customer Service Representative, 12 - months contract role, based in Bekasi.
Job Description :
- Documentation Management: Prepare and review export/import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries regarding shipping processes, customs regulations, and product availability.
- Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with customs officials and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays or discrepancies.
- Shipping Coordination: Oversee the logistics of shipping, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide customers with timely and accurate information about orders and shipments
